ORDINANCE NO. 4'161-86 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWA'T ER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING LO'T'S 6 AND 7, BLOCK A, NORWOOD FIRST ADDITION, LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWES'T' CORNER OF THE INTER- SECTION OF MARSHALL STREET AND PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE, FRUM MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL "EIGHT" DISTRICT ' TO PUBLIC/SEMI--PUBLIC DIS'T'RIC'T'; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 4 •i ' WHEREAS, on March 6, 1986, the City Commission of the City of Clearwateri,after proper public notice, held-a public hearing on certain proposed changes to the zoning atlas of the City; and ' WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes to the zoning atlas were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and f ' WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act ,. t ?. (LGCPA) requires that all devhlopment regtilations and amendments :._. thereto relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for con- formance with the plan; and ' WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County, and the zoning change which is the subject of this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: ,sf r •a a f , f Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned as hereinafter indicated, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended accordingly: Zoned From: RM-8 -- Multiple Family Residential "Eight" To: P/SP - Public/Semi-Public Lots 6 and 7, Block A, Norwood First Addition, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 79 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Section 2.
