WHEREAS, on February 6, 1986, the City Commission of the City of.Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public herring for the determination and establishment of zoning classifications for certain property annexed into the City,; and WHEREAS, certain of the amendments to the zoning atlas for r• establishing zoning for such newly annexed real property were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency•(LPA) for conformance with the plan; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the zoning change which is the subject of this ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby zoned as hereinafter indicated, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended accordingly: Zoned RM-12_- Multiple Family Residential "Twelve District Lots 3 through 10, inclusive, Block L.; Lots 1 through 24, inclusive, Block M; Lot 25, Block M, a/k/a "lake" legally described as 03/29/15/12060/013/0250 as recorded in OR Book 5758, page 1351, also described as Lot •25, Block M, Brooklawn Subdivision as recorded in flat Book 13, page 59, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, a/k/a the lake as recorded in Plat Book 13, page 59, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, further described as Ord. 4152-86 12/18/86 . 5 Begin at the SW corner of Lat. 4, tun West 40 feet for P.O.B., then southenaterly 100 feet, thence westerly 30 feet, thence run southwesterly 200 feet, thence South 100 feet, thence southwesterly 100 feet, thence West 100 feet, thence northwesterly 100 feet, thence North 250 feet, thence run north- easterly 50 feet, thence East 100 feet, thence North 150 feet, thence Eaot 40 loot, thence run South 40 feet to P.O.S.; Lots 19 through 22, inclusive, Block O; Lots 1 through 11, .inclusive, Block 1); Lots 1 through 6, inclusive, Block 4; all being in Brooklawn Subdivision as recorded in Plat hook 13, page 59, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, TOGETHER WITH Lot 10, E. A. Marshall Subdivision, less the South 11 feet of the East 89 feet and less the East 130 feet of the West 150 feet of the South•90 feet, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 44, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,. together with all abutting rights-of-way not already in City limits. Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that the measures contained in this ordinance are consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and elements thereof adopted pursuant to the LGCPA, and directs that a copy of this ordinance be forwarded to the LPA for their receipt and appropriate action. Section-.-3. The Planning Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
