S??e?.i4 tY 0 ORDINANCE NO. 4150-66 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF T11E CITY BY ZONING; REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON T11E SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF CURLEW ROAD AND LANDMARK DRIVE, PINELLAS COUN'T'Y, FLORIDA, UPON ANNEXATION INTO'THE CITY OF CLEARWA`1'ER, AS RM-8; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on February 6, 1986, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, after proper public notice, geld a public hearing for the determination and establishment of zoning classifications for certain property annexed into the City;.and WHEREAS, certain of the amendments to the zoning atlas for establishing zoning for such newly annexed real property were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and. WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with the plan; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the zoning change'which is the subject of this ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby zoned as hereinafter indicated, and the 'zoning atlas of the City is amended accordingly: Zoned RM-8 - Multiple Family Residential "Eight" District The North 200.02 feet of the West 170.02 feet of the NW 1%4 of.the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 16, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT ,the I4orth 60.00 feet for Curlew Road (State Road 3th') road right-of-way. h; FOR AFFIDAVIT SEE, ORD. 0 441 R2 Ord. 4150-86 6/19/86 Sertion 2: The City Commission does hereby c6rtify that the measures contained in this ordinance are consistent with the City's Comprehensive Man and elements thereof adopted pursuant to the LGCPA, and directs that a copy of this ordinance be forwarded to the LPA for their receipt and appropriate action. Section 3. The Planning Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
