A G R E E MEN T
This Agreement made and entered into this 1st day of May, 1981,
by and between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, Clearwater, Florida, and the
SEMINOLE FIRE DEPARTMENT, Seminole, Florida.
PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT
The Seminole Fire Department desires to obtain computer processing
and reporting of the Seminole Fire District fire incidents. The City of
Clearwater Data Center has the capability and the City of Clearwater agrees
to provide this service.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants
and agreements herein contained the City of Clearwater and the Seminole Fire
DepaLtment agree as follows:
SECTION I - SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Seminole Fire Department agrees to provide the City of Clear-
water with a minimum of one (1) magnetic tape with the raw data input of
their fire incidents rnonthly. The City of Clearwater will process this data
utilizing the NFIRS system and produce up to ten monthly reports selected
from the standard list of reports and provide semi and annual reports and
provide magnetic tape data transfer to the State Fire Marshalls Office on a
quarterly basis.
SECTION II - PRICE AND PAYMENT
The Seminole Fire Department agrees to pay the City of Clearwater
a monthly fee of FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) upon receipt of proper invoices.
This fee may be adjusted upwards or downwards as the vo1un,e of processing
and/or reports changes.
SECTION III - SCHEDULING OF WORK
This agreement shall become effective upon the 1st day of May,
1981, and shall run until cancelled by either party upon 60 days written
notice.

SECTION IV - SIGNATORIES
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have individually and through
their proper officials executed this contract, the day and year first set
