ORDINANCE NO. 4132-86 G AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF SOUTH MYRTLE AVENUE AND 'T'USKAWILLA STREET, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, FROM LIMI'T'ED OFFICE ZONING DISTRICT TO PUBLIC SEMI-PUBLIC ZONING DZS'T'RICTJ PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on December 5, 1985, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing on certain proposed changes to the zoning atlas of the City; and WHERAS, certain of the proposed changes to the zoning atlas were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for con- formance with the plan; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County, and the zoning change which is the subject of this Ordinance has been, referred.to and considered by the PCPC; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: ? t , Section .1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned as hereinafter indicated, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended accordingly: Zoned: From: OL - Limited Office District To: PSP -- Public Semi-Public District Lot 14 in Block 16 of Milton Park, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 69, LESS AND EXCEPT that portion Deeded to the State of Florida in O.R. Book 151, page 215, filed for record August 12,1957; and also that part Deeded in O.R.
