F;.p?c..s?,?fr{.:i?4• rs.t? ?'?+, ate, 'rtr tr??{s"?,i'F?' ;,,i {F- f ?# .wwrwr' 4cJM a^3^.r I ORDINANCE NO. 4098-85 ev' 9 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, F'LORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN RE1%L PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF ENTERPRISE ROAD , APPROXIMATELY 975 FEET WEST OF MCMULLEN-BOOTH ROAD, WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING y AN EFFECTIVE DATE. P. WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been R designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted guidelines with reference to such required referral • f '?J process; and WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC under said process; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY i COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 1 of ordinance No. 2019 is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: ; " i Property Land Use Category (L.U.P. 85-35) Begin at the NW From: Low Density Residential corner of the NW 1/4 of Section 33,- Township 28 South, Range 16 East, To: Residential/Office I - Pinellas County, Florida; thence S 89°30'48" E, 330.00 feet along the North boundary of the NW 1/4 of said Section 33; thence S 00°01' 46" W, 693.00 feet; thence N 89°30' 48" W, 330.00 feet; thence N 00° 01'46" E, 693.00' feet along the West boundary line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 33 to the P.O.B.; LESS the North 30: feet for County Road No. 102 road right-of-way.
