WHEREAS, .Vision Cable of Pinellas, Inc. has requested a rate increase in somea'" services; and a?(5t . WHEREAS, after reviewing the request and receiving citizen input at a public hearing for that purpose, the City Commission has deemed the proposed rates to be fair ands; reasonable; 5f;4 r BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF NOW, THEREFORE, s a,5gi;t , ;;r. ? THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:;; Section 1. Section 3a and b of Ordinance 2085 is amended to read: Section 3. Residential Installation a. The maximum charge for any trip to a residence for Installation of standard service for transmission of ail television viewing signals, Irrespective of _:? .? number of outlets shall be $5.99 24.95. installation of an additional outlet or Fz i ' additional service not installed during the initial installation shall be_ $17.95. There p? shall be no charge for any such installation requested by a customer within, thirty days of the Initial availability of service for that dwelling unit.+ b. The following maximum rates shall apply for each trip for such standard installation to any apartment unit or apartment building recreation area or condominium unit or condominium common area or cooperative apartment unit or mobile home unit: (1) Time and materials not to exceed $45,99 24.95 per unit. Section 9 of Ordinance 2085 is amended to read: Section 9.
