COACHMAN ROAD AND THE SEABOARD COAST LINE RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act. (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC under said proces; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section i of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Property Land Use Category (L.U.P.'85-26) Commence at the NE From: Low Density Residential corner of Section 7, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, To: Medium Density ana go N 89°48'11' W, 1345.91 feet, along Residential E, i - 1 the North boundary of Section 7, to the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 7; thence S-00°50'32" W, 887.72 feet, along the West boundary of said NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 7, 'to a point on the South right-of--way line of State Road No. 590A (N.E. Coachman Road) for a F.O.B.; thence S 00050132" W, 1153.72 feet, to a point on the North right- of-way line of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad; thence N 81°05'21" W, 822.62 feet, along said North right-of-way line; thence along said North right-of-way line along a curve to the right that has a Radius of 2970.29 feet, an Arc length of 397."56'. feet, a Chord ,length of 397.26 feet, a Chord bearing of N 77°15'17" W, to a point,of intersection with the South right-of-way line of State Road'No. 590A (N. E. Section 2, The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measures contained in this ordinance are consistent and in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and individual elements thereof adopted pursuant to the LGCPA and directs that • same be forwarded to the LPA for their receipt and appropriate action.
