COACHMAN ROAD AND THE SEABOARD COAST LINE RAILROAD RIGHT--OF-WAY, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMI'T'S OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES Of THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; ESTABLISHING, THE ZAIRE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FOR SAID PROPERTY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. '.it,?sk,$!r•bra'+KQ'.`?"?`1.?.?,."S'l;.M.:t.W1+ w WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater,.Florida, received an agreement to annex, dated October 27, 1980, and amended February 25, 1982, which provides for the annexation of certain property as described herein, and which constitutes a written petition by all of the owners of the property to annex the property; and . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: section'1.. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City Commission, by the authority and under the pro- visions of Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, hereby annexes into the corporate limits of-the City of Clearwater, Florida, and re- defines the boundary lines of said city so as to include the following described real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and establishes fire district classification therefor: Commence at the NE corner of Section 7, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, and go N 89°46'11" W, 1315.91 feet, along the North boundary of Section 7, to the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 7; thence S 00°50'32" W, 887.72 feet, along the West boundary of said NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Sectaan 7, to a point on the South right-of-way line of State Road No. 590A (N. E. Coachman Road) for a D.O.B.; thence S 00°50'32" W, 1153.72 feet, to a point on the North right-of-way line of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad; thence N 81°05'21" W, 822.62 feet, along said North right-of--way line; thence along said North right-of-way line along a curve to the right that has a Radius of 2970.29 feet, an Arc length of •'397.56 feet, a Chord length of 397.26 feet, a Chord bearing of N 77°15'17" W, to a point of intersection with the South right-of-way line of State Road No. 590A (N. E. Coachman Road); thence following said South right-of-way line N 54°11'03" E, 169.27 feet; thence along a curve to the left that has a Radius of 2914.79 feet, an Arc length of 432.63 feet, a Chord length of 432.43 feet, a Chord bearing of N 49°55'49" E; thence N 45°40'34" E, 73.39 feet; thence along a curve to the right that has a Radius of 2814.79 feet, an Arc length of 622.80 feet, a Chord length of 521.53 feet, a Chord bearing of N 52°00'53" E; thence N 58°21'12" E, 242.65 feet, to the P.O.B.; together with abutting right-of--way for N.E. Coachman Road. The above described property is hereby designated Fire District No. 2. r Section 2. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measures contained in this ordinance are consistent and in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and individual elements thereof adopted pursuant to the LGCPA and directs that same be forwarded to the LPA for their receipt and appropriate action. Section 3. The City Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, streets, parks, plazas, places, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed. -2- f Section 4. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning , Director are directed to include and show upon the official maps and records of the City of Clearwater the foregoing-property and the fire district classification therefor. Coachman Road) for a H.O.B.; thence S 00°50'32" W, 1153.72 feet, to a point on the North right-of-way line of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad; thence N 81°05'21" W, 822.62 feet, along said North right-of-way line; thence along said North right-of-way line along a curve to the right that has a Radius of 2970.29 feet, an Arc length of 337.56 feet, a Chord length of 397.26 feet, a Chord bearing of N 77°15'17" W, to a point of intersection with the South right-of-tray line of State Road No. 590A (N. E. Coachman Road, The above described property is hereby designated Fire District No. 2, Section 2. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measures contained in this ordinance are consistent and in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and individual 'elements thereof adopted pursuant to the LGCPA and directs that same be forwarded to the LPA for their receipt and appropriate action. t ?.
