AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO THE LAND ?
USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE
THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED ON THE WEST 19 FEET OF LOTS 10 AND 11 ,

WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act °
(LGCYA) requires that all development regulations and amendments
thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof
be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with
plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and
