ORDINANCE NO. 4073--85 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON PART OF LOTS 1 AWD 2, PINELLAS GROVES SUBDIVISION, IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH,-RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Local Government'Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with • plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC under said process; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT.ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Sectioni. Section 1 of Ordinance NO. 2019 is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property, as follows: Property Land Use Category (L.U.P. 85•-2'9) Lots 1 and 2 in From: Commercial/Tourist Facilities SW 1/4 of Section 1, Township 29 and Medium Density Residential South, Range 15 East, Pinellas Groves, according to the map or To: Industrial plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3', page 15 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, LESS the South 125.0 feet; ALSO LESS the North ;270 feet (as measured from E-W centerline of said Section 1, Township 29 South, Range 15 East).? toget?er with the abutting right-of-way of Hercu es.Ave. Section 2.
