of two (2) garbage receptacles permitted each unit. A fee
of seven dollars forty-six eents ($"G-) el it dollars and
fifteen cents 8.15) each will be charged for each
additional twenty-gallon can or equivalent for rear yard
pickup. A fee of twenty-two dollars fffly'eents<-$%"O
twenty-:four dollars and sixty cents 24.80 will be
charged for side or rear building collection of each
ninety-gallon container.
2. For motels, apartment motels, or apartments renting by day or
week; all garbage receptacles serving the premises to be
centrally located at one collection point.
I. Curbside pickup:

3. Motels, apartment motels, or apartments renting by day or

4. For commercial buildings of all types such as stores, hotels,
factories, filling stations, service establishments and the like
with separate water metering; for twice weekly collection:
1. Curbside pickup, minimum $4 05 $12.30

iii. Commercial containers: In accordance with schedule in
(e)(0.4. of this section.
5. For each building containing four (4) or more separate offices
and one common water meter for physicians, dentists, dental
repair facilities, lawyers, real estate brokers, insurance agents,
clinics, laboratories or other similar or related businesises, the
owner of the premises served shall be responsible to the city for
a monthly garbage collection charge of:

Special fees: Any hydraulically or otherwise compacted
garbage, trash, etc., collected by the city sanitation
department shall be paid for at a rate four times the amount
listed on the fee sheet for regular collection.
C. The fee for collection of loose trash or garbage not covered in
previous sections shall be one hundred twelve dollars X119:89} one
hundred twenty-two dollars and fort -two cents $122.42 per hour or
Owe del#ara $93 two dollars and four cents ($2.04 per minute for
time on site with a minimum charge of 4wenly dollars ($9938}
twent -two dollars ($22.00).
d. The rates in subsections a., b., and c., above, shall be subject to an
adjustment for increases or decreases in the Pinellas County Dump
fee. Increases or decreases will be initiated by the utilities director
and approved by the city manager. Should the proposed increase to
be passed through be other than a uniform Increase, then such
proposed increase shall be brought back to the city commission
before it becomes offective as a pass through.

section 2. Should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this
ordinance be declared for any reason to be invalid, the same shall not affect the
validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the part to be
declared to be invalid.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.

Section 4. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has been
properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section
166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective October 1, 19B5.
