AN ORDINANCE: OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 72.05 OF CHAPTER 72, ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF
CLEARWATER* BY PLACING A NEW ESTABLISHMENT UNDER
2COP CLASSIFIChTION, SAID ESTABLISHMENT BEING
IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST,
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER
NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR
THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISS104N•
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 72.05, of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages,
of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended
to place a new establishment under 2COP Classification as follows:
2COP - Beer and Wine Consumption on
Premises---Package Sales
Neptune Diner and Restaurant, 184=4 Highland
Avenue, being part of M&B 32-10, in Section 2,
Township 29' South, Range 15 East, Pinellas
County, Florida.
Section 2. The alcoholic beverage zoning granted by Section-
I shall automatically terminate at such time as the property ceases
to be used for restaurant purposes.
Section 3. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance
has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation
in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
