AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWA'T'ER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 72.05 OF CHAPTER 72, ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF
CLEARWATER, BY PLACING A NEW ESTABLISHMENT UNDER
2APS CLASSIFICATION, SAID ESTABLISHMENT BEING
LO'T' 2, CORAL COVE SUBDIVISION, IN SEC'T'ION 18,
TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUN'T'Y,
FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NO'T'ICE OF PRO-
POSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE
DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY UP CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 72.05, of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages,
of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended to
place a new establishment under 2APS Classification as follows:
2APS - Beer and Wine Package Sales
7--11 Store, 99 N: Belcher Road, being "
Lot 2, Coral Cove Subdivision, in Section
18, Township 29'South, Range 16 East,
Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance
has been properly advertised in`a newspaper of general circulation
in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
