F? .-9?„a.?„-.,r.. ..,?. ?.. r ORDINANCE N0.3991-85 j t AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO THE LAND a USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE ; THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLIC'T'ING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PRO--':" r VIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DACE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments ? thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with nz plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been On- designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the`' ?c ? F? PCPC has adopted guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and' WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by r: .. the PCPC under said process;' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY rt COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,'FLORIDA:{ Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable provisions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No.' 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Property (L. U. P. 85711) Begin at the SW corner of the SW 1/4; thence North 655 feet; thence East 30 feet to the P.O.B.; thence North 344 feet; thence East 640.5 feet; thence South f344 feet; thence West 640 feet to P.O.B., LESS the right- of--way for Weston Drive. Land Use Category From: Public/Semi-Public To: Recreation/Open Space Section 2.
