ORDINANCE NO. 3966-05 ' , HE CITY OF CI.,EARWATER, FLORIDA, ] ' AN ORDINANCE OF ' ' T ING TO TILL LAND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELA USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNAT10N FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY• ' WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL ' OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFEC'T'IVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREr1S, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments, thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof` be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and WHEREAS,-the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been,,'?: s i d th l Pl d i f i ll d h ' es gnate e Loca as County an ann ng Agency or P ne t e t • r? PCPC has adopted guidelines with reference to such required referral; process; and !^4..'' . WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC under said process; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government ' Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all . a applicable provisions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is ' amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: ' Property Land Use Category LTJPzt3. -4 ' Lot 26, Block D, Temple From: Commercial/Tourist Facilitiesrr Terrace Subdivision First ' Addition, according to the To: Residential/Office ' Air" map or plat thereof as ' recorded in Plat Book 41, ?•? } '` : page 9 of the Public { F f i Records of P nellas County, Florida. All ordinances,or parts of ordinances in conflict ' herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. Section 4, Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes. Section 5.
