THE LAND USE DESIGNAT10N FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY•
' WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL
' OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR PROPER
NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR
THE EFFEC'T'IVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
WHEREr1S, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act
(LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments,
thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof`
be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with
plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and
WHEREAS,-the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been,,'?: s

. WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by
the PCPC under said process;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government
' Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all .

applicable provisions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is
' amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land

' action.

Section 3. All ordinances,or parts of ordinances in conflict

Section 4, Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance

Section 5. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect
