AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 72.05 OF CHAPTER 72, ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF
CLEARWATER, BY PLACING A NEW ES'T'ABLISHMENT UNDER
2COP CLASSIFICATION, SAID ESTABLISHMENT BEING
IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 1G EAST,
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER
NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENAC'T'MENT; AND PROVIDING FOR
THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 72.05, of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages,
of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended
to place a new establishment under 2COP Classification as follows:

Village Square, in Section 30, Township 28
South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance
has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation

Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
