LAT.ING TO THI, LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPRI-NIENS.IVE PLAN, .TO CHANGE: THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; 1111OVIDI:NG FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR ' THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCES. WHEREAS, the.,Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act ' (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conform- ance with plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) eras bebn designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted' guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and WHEREAS, this ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC under said process; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Pursuant to thy: provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable provisions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Property Land Use Category (L.U.P. 85-5) A parcel within From: Low Density Residential the boundaries of Pinellas ?- County, all in the part of the To: Residential/Office NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 6, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, lying between College Paris Unit II, as recorded in Plat Book 69, page 87 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and the easterly right-of-way line of Belcher Road; and also the westerly 14.0 feet of Lot 6 of said College Park Unit II, being further described as follows: Begin at the NW corner of the said Lot 6, College Park Unit II, thence S .34°4'9'32" W, 17.73 feet for a P.O.B.; thence run S 00°38'34" W, 1,255.71 meet !r . along a line parallel to and 9.96 feet '" . `. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. Section 4. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance 1ias been properly advertised in"a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes. Section 5. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
