hMENDING SECTION 72.05 OF CHAPTER 72, ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF
CLEARWATER, BY PLACING A NEW ESTABLISHMENT UNDER
4COP CLASSIFICATION, SAID ESTABLISHMENT BEING
LOTS 1 AND 21 BLOCK D, BAYSIDE SHORES SUBDIVISION,
PINELLAS COUN'T'Y, FLORIDA;.PROVIDING FOR PROPER
NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENAC'T'MENT; AND PROVIDING FOR
THE EFFEC'T'IVE DA'T'E OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

Section 1. Section 72.05, of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages,
of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended
to place a new establishment under 4COP Classification as follows:
4COP - Liquor Consumption on Premises--
Package Sales
Clearwater Beach Hilton Inn, 715 S. Gulfview
Boulevard, being Lots 1 and 2, Block D, Bayside
Shores Subdivision in Section 17, Township 29
South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
.Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this-ordinance
has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation
in accordance with Section 165.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
