WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto related to an .-adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas,County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC under said process; NOW,-THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable provisions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Property (L.U.P. 84-66) Commence at the SE corner of Section 6, Township 29 South, Range 16 East,, Pinellas County, Florida, and go N 01°081 45" E, along the East line of said Section 5, 184.23 feet; thence N 89°48'1111 W, 100.01 feet, to a point on the West right-of-way line of U.S. 19, said point being the P.O.B.; thence continue N 89° 48111" W, 208.71 feet; thence S 01°08'45" W, parallel to the West right-oE--way line of U.S. 19, 305.92 feet to the northerly right- of-way line of S.R. 590--N.E.
