3880-85r ORDINANCE:; NO. 3080-05 AN'ORDINANCE OF THE CI'T'Y OF CLE:ARWA'T'ER, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 72.05 OF CHAPTER 72, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CI'T'Y OF CLEARWA'ITER, BY PLACING A NEW ES'T'ABLISHMENT UNDER COP CLASSIFICA'T'ION, SAID ESTABLISHMENT BEING LOCATED IN SLIP 417, CLEARWA'T'ER MUNICIPAL MARINA, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENhC'T'MENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THB CITY COMMISSION Or THE CI'T'Y OF CLEARWATE"sR, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 72.05, of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages, of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended to place a new establishment under COP Classification as follows: COP -- Consumption on Premises, Liquor Package Sales Flamingo Marine Tours, 25 Causeway Boulevard, Slip #17, Clearwater Municipal Marina, in Section 8, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida. Subject to the provision that alcoholic beverages shall not be served or consumed on board the vessel while docked at the Municipal Marina. Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has been properly advertised in a newspaper 'of general circulation in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes. Section 3. This ordinance shall. become effective immediately upon its passage.
