AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELA'T'ING TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPER'T'Y WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING FOR, REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PRO- VIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof ,y be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC,has adopted guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC under this process; Ei NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable provisions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Property Land Use Categor (L.U.P. 84-53) A parcel of land From: Commercial/Tourist- lying in Section 32, Township 28 Facilities South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, being further To: Residential/Office described as follows: Commence at the SW corner of Section 32 and run along the southerly line of Section 32, S. 89°46'14" E, .120.00 feet to a point on the easterly right-of--way line of U.S. Highway 19; thence along said .easterly right-of-way line N 01° 15125" W, 574.19 feet to the P.O.B.; thence continue along said easterly right-of-way line N 01°15'25" W, 326.10 feet; thence along said easterly right-of-way line N 00°00'58" E, 164.04 feet; thence S 89°47'12" E, 520.00 feet; thence S 00°00'58" W, 490.18 feet; thence N 89°46'14" W, 512.76 feet'to,the P.O.B.
