3824-840 0 ORDINANCE NO. 3824-84 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, VACATING A PORTION OF A CERTAIN EASEMENT IN BORDEAUX ESTATES, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NO'T'ICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMEN'T'; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, it has been requested by Stanley B. Noyes and Darla ?Y S. Noyes, owners of certain real property in Bordeau Estates, in the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, t Florida, vacate a portion of a certain easement; and WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hearing thereon, x the City Commission finds that said Y portion of the easement is not ?f,?.... . necessary nor required for municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the general public 1A that the same be vacated; NOW, THEREFORE,-BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITYt COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the following: The North 2.5 feet of the 10 foot easement on the South side of Lot 19, Bordeaux Estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 78, page 25 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto by law. Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record y this ordinance in the Public Recordsof Pinellas County, Florida. Section 3. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance, has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes. f" Section 4.
