SURPLUS PROPERTY AGENT CERTIFICATION

James B. Edsall is the legally constituted Executive Director of Civil Defense
Affairs for this City. He is authorized to receive Donable Surplus Property for
Civil Defense purposes in behalf of the City of Clearwater.
Further, he is authorized to execute documents relative to the acquisition, use,
payment for and disposition of surplus property, as may be required.
There is only one other Donee Representative. It was considered necessary to
appoint Charles H. B. Whitehead, Fire Apparatus & Equipment Mechanic, as
the authorized agent in this case.
Alternate Surplus Property Agent, designated below, IS authorized to perform
the same duties as stated above.
