(please refer to attached copy of agreement). The requisite $200.00 Recreation Fee was received
by the Building Division on January 14, 1991. The property is still noncontiguous to City limits,
therefore, it does not yet qualify for annexation. If you find this Partial Satisfaction of Agreement
to be legally acceptable, please forward it to the City Clerk's Office for final signatures and
recordation.
