'KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT WHER~AS, THE CITY COMMISSION of the
City of Clearwater , Florida, a Florida Municipal Corporation, approved an
Agreement for Annexation including payment of fees as noted below which
was a covenant to run with the land and become due at the time of the
annexation of the following described real property, into the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, Pinellas County, to wit:

for the sum of Two-hundred dollars, for the Open Space,
Recreation Land and/or Recreation Facility fees due upon annexation as
required by Article IV, Division 2 of the City of Clearwater Code of
Ordinances.

WHEREAS, on the 5th day of June , 19~, the City of
Clearwater accepted an Agreement for Annexation No~-23-l98 , which was
recorded,on the 19th day of June , 19 84, in Official Record Book
No. 5785 , Page 1039-1043 of the Public Records of the Clerk of the
Circu1t Court of Pinellas County, Florida.
Said amount as noted in above agreement has now been paid in full and the
Clerk of'the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby
authorized and directed to enter the cancellation of said agreement and
satisfaction of monetary requirements included therein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the City of Clearwater, in its corporate
capacity, has caused this Satis~action of Promissory Note to be issued on
this ,~ day of ~( , 19f7 , and has caused the same to be
execu~by the Ma or-Commissioner, the City manager, the City Clerk and
the City Attorney, respectively of the said City and the seal of the City
