AGREEMENT OF PERMISSION

, by and between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal
corporation of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as "City':, and
Ravmond E. Palmer and Elizabeth C. Palmer
hereinafter referred to as IIGrantorll;
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the City desires to post signs to indicate areas subject to
the current IINo Wake Ordinance"; and
WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of property located in such a way as
to provide an ideal location to post a sign advising of the "No Wake Ordinance 11;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenant:3 herein
contained, City agrees with Grantor as follows:
1. Grantor hereby grants pertnission and authority to City and its
authorized representatives to enter upon Grantor's property located at
470 Palm Island S.E.
, Clearwater, :f1orida,
for the purpose of posting a sign advising the public of City's "No Wc,ke
Ordinance".
2. City agrees to enter Grantor's property at the following point:

For the purpose of maintaining the sign, Grantor authorizes City to~nter
the property at the point designated herein.
