Since this property is located on the southeast corner of Myrtle Avenue and Pinel1as Street and there are no sidewalks along the east side of Myrtle in this area and no sidewalks along Pinel1as Street east of Myrtle, this loca- tion meets the requirements set forth in Section 138.09. Therefore, I am pleased to inform you that a temporary waiver of the sidewalk installation requirement is granted on the above-referenced property.
