Mercury Avenue DATE: June 8, 1987 This property is located north of Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard with three commercial use properties between it and Gulf-to-Bay. The adjoining property to the south, which does not Rave sidewalk, is 401 S. Mercury Avenue (Backstreet Hair Designers) and is o~1ed by the applicant for this sidewalk waiver. The next property is a lawn mower sales/service which has no sidewalk. However, the newly installed sidewalk for the corner property (Lube Stop) is within 200 feet of the property for which this sidewalk waiver request has been submitted. The statement on the application, "There are no sidewalks on the street or within 300 feet" is incorrect. Since the requirements for a waiver are not TIlet, it is my recommendation that it not be granted.
