To provide continuity for research, items are in agenda order although not necessarilv discussed to that order. Introduced as visitors were Ms. Sally Foota, citizen. and Ryan Cragg, summer intern with the Parks and Recreation Department. #2. Aooroval of Minutes of Aoril 5. 2000. Member Brown moved to approve the minutes as recorded and submitted in written summation to each board member. The motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously. #3. Corre~Donde"ce. Members reviewed a letter from Ms. Cynthia Goudeau, City Clerk, reminding members not to display election issue-related items during advisory board meetings. Not on Agenda - Mr. Chin invited members to the Grand Openings of the Clearwater Beach Family Aquatic Center at 5:30 p.m. June 9 and Sunset Ssm Park at Island Estates at 6:30 p.m. June 27. Addressing a question by Chair Stuart, the group noted that private homes are not eligible for Beautification Awards. Member Hider suggested inviting a speaker from Historic Bayview Homeowners group to the July meeting. Discussion ensued and reaction was favorable. Member Hider volunteered to contact the speaker and coordinate arrangements. \~ #4.
