'Mr. Wright distributed 'photograph sheets from the Unsafe Structure Report, dated December 30, 1999. , , , Frank Randazzo, representative, said he recently had taken over management of this property. He said insurance company claim requirements h~lVe been met to demolish the rear duplex. He said a signed contract to raze and clear the structure has been sent air , express to California for the property owner's signature. He said demolition work should be completed within 4 weeks. He said future plans for the site have not been determined. , Mr. Wright said contacting the owner was delayed, as the County's property tax records did not reflect AI Goldsmith's correct address. He said Mr. Randazzo has power of attorney to represent the property owner before the City. The project will require an asbestos survey, demolition and grub permits, plus a permit to cut and cap the sewer line. Mr. Wright said while the structure does not comply with Code, it is boardod, secured, and sits back from the street. He concurred a 60-day extension to complete the demolition process seems fair. " Member Walker moved to approve a 50-day extension from April 12, 2000 to June 1,1, 2000 to complete the demolition of Units 3 and 4 at 610 Woodlawn Street to mee~ Section 47.161 City Code of Ordinances regarding unsafe buildings.
