Representative Matthew Pearse said' owners intend ,to demolish the structure on the
subject property, along. with structures on both sides of the subject property. He requested
a 90'.day time extension to allow time for tenants to vacate the two adjacent properties,
enabling owners to demolish all three structures at once. Discussion ensued regarding
tenancy, and timing for accomplishing the demolition. It was indicated the board does not
typically grant extensions longer than eo days. Mr. Pearse indicated eo days would be
sufficient to achieve compliance. '
