Property at 300 1 Enterprise Road
Dear Property Owner:
In accordance with section 47.182 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, I have
reviewed your request for a temporary sidewalk installation waiver.
Since the west side of above referenced property abuts the right-of-way of unconstnicted '
Landmark Drive and construction of a sidewalk would serve no useful purpose, this locatloh
meets the requirements set forth in section 47.182. Therefore, a temporary waiver of the
sidewalk requirement is granted 'i on the above referenced property for the Landmark Drive
right-of-way only. Should it be determined that a sidewalk is required in the future, it will be
installed by the assessment process.
Very truly yours,
flAlfa-
