WHEREAS. CLEARWATER CHAPTER NO. 45 ROYAL ARCH MASONS
OF FLORIDA, a non-profit corporation chartered under THE MOST EXCELLENT
GRAND CHAPTER OF ROYAL ARCH MASONS OF FLORIDA. a non-profit
, corporation chartered by a General Act of the Legislature of the State of
Florida, and CLEARWATER COUNCIL NO. 34 ROYAL AND SELECT MASTERS,
a non-profit corporation chartered undel' THE MOST ILLUSTRIOUS GRAND
COUNCIL OF ROYAL AND SELECT MASTERS OF FLORIDA, a non-profit
corporation chartered by a General Act of the Legislature of the State of
Florida, are the owners of the following real property situate, lying and
being in the County of Pinellas and State of Florida, to wit:
Begin at the Northwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 7, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, and run
S 0001'19" W along the Section line, 1360.78 feet for
a P. O. B.; thence S 0001119" W along the Section line,
298.94 feet; tl;1ence S 89036130" E 277.23 feet; thence
N 0005129" E,i299.31 feet; thence N 89041'0411 W 277.63
feet to the P. O. B.; LESS the North 158. 94 feet;
and

WHEREAS. said Owners wish to guarantee to the City of Clearwater
that any adjoining property which they shall acquire for the use of said
corporations will be annexed into the City of Clearwater within a reasonable
time after acquisition;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises
and for $1.00, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and other good
and valuable consideration, the undersigned agree as follows:
1. Any real property,adjoining the above described real property
now owned by the undersigned, which is acquired for the use of said
corporatfons will be annexed into the City of Clearwater within a reasonable
time after acquisition of same.

2. This agreement shall be binding on the successors and assigns
of the parties hereto.
