In accordance with the written Agreement dated as of Seventh day of April, 1994
between the parties designated below for
THE PROJECT:
HarboNiew Center (Maas Brothers Renovation) Phase" work consisting of completion of the Upper Floor
Level to accommodate a Conference Center and Future Restaurant Lease Space, Lower Level for
a Community Center, Exhibit Hall Space and future Restaurant Space and an Atrium entrance lobby
containing escalators and an additional elevator to seNe all three building levels.
The City of Clearwater hereby authorizes the Architect to:
. Proceed with Additional Services
. Proceed with revised scope of services
o Incur Reimbursable Expenses
o
as follows:
Increased scope of seNices involving tasks as outlined in the completion of the upgrades as approved at
the Commission meeting of September 5, 1995 and earlier additional seNices approved at the
Commission Meeting of April 6. 1995.
Compensation shall be adjusted as follows:
