Members Present: William Schwab Mary Lou Dobbs Frank Donnell Elaine Cornlllaud Howard Groth Lee Regulski Helen Theofilis Nancy Pappas Charles LeCher Jerry Lancaster (..:> Members Absent: Jeff Butler, Chairman Schwab opened the meeting. The minutes of the August 28 and September 4 meetings were corrected to explain Item 10 which was added to the "Summary of Voting 8/28/84.11 Item 10 reads: "Article n, Section 2.02: Make no change to the requirement for at least one-year residency (10 for; 0 against)."
