The meeting was called to order at 2:31 p.m. by the Chairman in the
Commission Meeting Room in City Hall. As there were no requests for Public
Hearing, Lot Clearing List 186-15 (attached for the record) was oonsidered as
a whole.
Al Brandenberger, Sanitation Inspector, stated Items a & d, were oleared
late and reoommended billing owners administrative fee only. Items b, c, &
e - j are still in violation and a oopy of the notioe posted and photographs
of the properties were submitted as evidenoe.

Based on the evidence presented with regard to Items b, c, & e - j, Lot
Clearing List 186-15, Graoe Loyd moved the Board finds: There does exist
excessive weed and/or plant growth, and regarding Item f - debris and trash,
that the properties are in violation of Chapter 95, Lot Clearing Title VIII
re: Public Health and Safety of the City of Clearwater, and recommends the
owners be billed for the cost of clearing and the administrative fee. Motion
was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
. Based on the evidence presented with regard to Items a & d, Lot Clearing
List #86-15, Shirley Corum moved the Board finds: The properties were in
violation of Chapter 95, Lot Clearing Title VIII, the properties were cleared
late, and reoommends the owners be billed the administrative fee only. Motion
was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
