The meeting was called to order at 2:40 p.m. by the Chairman in the
Commission Meeting Room in City Hall. As there were no requests for Public
"Hearing, Lot Clearing List 886-14 (attaohed for the reoord) was considered
as a whole.

Al Brandenberger, Sanitation Inspector, stated Items a - e are sti~
in violation and a copy of the notice posted and photographs of the
properties were submitted as evidence. He stated Item f was cleared late
and recommended the owner be billed the administrative fee.
Based on the evidenoe presented with regard to Items a - e, Lot
Clearing List 186-14, Grace Loyd moved the Board finds: There does exist
exoessive weed and/or plant growth, debris and trash, that the properties
are in violation of Chapter 95, Lot Clearing Title VIII re: Public Health
and Safety of the City of Clearwater and recommends the owners be billed
for the cost of olearing and the administrative fee. Motion was duly
seconded and carried unanimously.
With regard to Item f, Lot Clearing List 186-14, Graoe Loyd moved
the Board finds: The property was in violation of Chapter 95, Lot Clearing
Title VIII, the property was oleared late, and recommends the owner be
billed the administrative fee only. MOtion was duly seoonded and
carried unanimously.

, · (page 2, unfinished business), of the Lot Clearing Board's decision of
8/12/86, to bill him the administrative fee. The minutes were amended

hearing, only the administrative fee is being contested'.
