As there were no requests for Publio Hearing, Lot Clearing List 886-12 (attached for the reoord) was considered as a whole. 18 Al Brandenberger, Sanitation ,Inspector, stated Items a - d on Lot Clearing List 186-12 were cleared late by owners and suggested owners be billed for the administrative fee only. Items e through g are still in violation and a copy of the notioe posted and photographs of the properties were submitted as evidenoe. ' , With regard to the properties on Lot Clearing List 886-12 Items a - d, Grace Loyd moved to bill the owners the administrative fee only. Motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously. Based on the evidence presented with regard to the properties on Lot Clearing List 086-12 Items e - g, Grace Loyd moved the Board finds: There does exist exoessive weed and/or plant growth, debris and trash, that the properties are in violation of Chapter 95, Lot Clearing Title VIII re: publie Health and Safety of the City of Clearwater and recommends the owners be billed for the oostor olearing and the administrative charge.
