I"'" , ".. > f) LOT CLEARINO BOARD July 22, 1966 Members present: Bob Brumbaok, Chairman Shirley Corum, Vioe-ohairman Aleta Cozart Absent: Graoe Loyd (excused) Al Smith (exoused) Also present: Al Brandenburger, Sanitation Inspeotor The meeting was oalled to order at 2:33 p.m. by the Chairman in the Commission Meeting Room in City Hall. As there were no requests for Publio Hearing, Lot Clearing List 886-11' (attached for the reoord) was oonsidered as a whole. o Al Brandenberger, Sanitation Inspeotor, stated Items a through hare still in violation and a copy of the notice posted and photographs of the property were submitted as evidence. Based on the evidence presented with regard to the properties on Lot Clearing List 186-11 Items a through h, Shirley Corum moved the Board finds: There does exist weed and/or plant growth, debris and trash, that the properties are in violation of Chapter 95, Lot Clearing Title VIII re: Public Health and Safety of the City of Clearwater and reoommends the owners be billed by the City Clerk for the cost of olearing and the administrative charge. The motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
