" t ,~ . ~., . ., + " f . f, , . .. .~ "",/ LOT ClJWlIRG BOARD Members present: Bob Brumbaok, Chairman (arrived 2:52) Shirley Corum, Vioe-ohairman Aleta Cozart Graoe Loyd Al Smith Also present: Al Brandenburger, Sanitation Inspeotor Marianne Lamos, Sanitation Inspector The meeting was called to order at 2:38 in the Commission Meeting Room in City Hall. for Public Hearing, Lot Clearing List 086-10 was oonsidered as a whole. p.m. by the Vice-Chairman As there were no requests (attached for the reoord) '8 Al Brandenburger and Marianne Lamas, Sanitation Inspectors, stated Items a through g on Lot Clearing List 186-10 are still in violation and a copy of the notice posted and photos of the property were submitted as evidence. Based pn the evidenee presented with regard to the properties on Lot Clearing ListOS6-10 Items a through g, Graoe Loyd moved the Board finds: There does exist weed and/or plant growth, debris and trash, that the properties are in violation of Chapter 95, Lot Clearing Title VIII re: Public Health and Safety of the City of Clearwater and reoommends the owners be billed by the City Clerk for the cost of olearing and the administrative oharge. The motion was duly seoonded and carried unanimously. Unfinisbed )3113' '1e33 Discussion,ensued regarding Item b, on Lot Clearing List n8b-9. A letter was' received from Mr. Kiehl, owner of the SUbject property looated at the NW corner of Sunset Pt. Rd. and Douglas, requesting a hearing. Mr. Kiehl was not present at the hearing and the Board found the property to be in violation and moved to bill for lot clearing and the administrative oharge. 0"'" " It was later disoovered Mr. Kiehl had not been officially notified of the Publio Hearing date. Grace Loyd moved to resoind the Board's order of June 24,' 1986 re Item b, Lot Clearing List 186-9 and to continue the case to the meeting of August 12, 1986 in order to officially notify Mr. Kiehl and offer h~ the opportunity to present his case.
