A request for PUblic Hearing was reoeived from Mr. Kiehl, Lot Clearing List Item b. Mr. Kiehl was not present at the hearing, however, so Lot Clearing List #66-9 (attached for the reoord) was considered as a whole. () Al Brandenburger, .Sanitation Inspector, stated Items a & b on Lot Clearing List 166-9 are still in violation and a oopy of the notice posted and photos of the property were submitted as evidence. Based on the evidence presented with regard to the properties on Lot CLearing List 186-9 Items a & b, Grace Loyd moved the Board finds: There does exist weed and/or plant growth, debris and trash, that the properties are in violation of Chapter 95, Lot Clearing Title VIII re: Public Health and Safety of the City of Clearwater and reoommends the owners be billed by the City Clerk for the cost of olearing and the administrative oharge. The motion was duly seoonded and oarried unanimously. There was no unfinished business or new business. Aleta Cozart moved to approve the June 10, 1986 minutes as submitted.
