The meeting was called to order at 2:34 p.m. by the Chairman in the
Commission Meeting Room in City Hall. As there were no requests for Public
Hearing, Lot Clearing List HB5-21 (attached for the record) was considered
as a whole.

Marianne Lamos, Sanitation Inspector stated Items a, b, c & e on List
085-21 are still in violation of Chapter Y5 and a copy of the notice posted
and photos of the property were submitted as evidence.
Based on the evidence presented with regard to the properties on Lot
Clearing 'List #85-21, Items a, b, c and e, Grace Loyd moved the Board
finds: There does exist excessive weed and/or plant growth, debris and
trash, that the properties are in violation of Chapter Y5, Lot Clearing
Title VIII re: Public Health and Safety of the City of Clearwater and
recommends the owners be billed by the City Clerk for the cost of clearing
and the administrative charge. The motion was duly seconded and carried
unanimously.
Unfinished business
A letter was received from the 7-Eleven Food Stores stating they had
paid the oharges on the property on Lot Clearing List H85-6, Item f, Metes
& Bounds 330/0200 by mistake. They request a reimbursement. The Chairman
stated V. Jack Kennedy, the owner of the property be called to see what
the situation is regarding this. Aleta Cozart moved to continue this until
the January 14, 198b Board meeting. The motion was duly seconded and
carried unanimously.

A letter was read from Mr. Beard, one of the owners of the property
.on List g85-18, Item h, 1715 Apache Trail, requesting the $75.00
administrative charge be fo~g1ven. The property was posted ~-24-B5 and
checked on 10-10-85 and was not cleared. Shirley Corum moved to deny the
request to forgive the administrative charge on List H85-1B, Item h, 1775
Apaohe Trail. The motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously. A
letter will be sent to Mr. Board regarding the Boardls decision.

meeting. The motion. was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
