As there were no requests for Publio Hearing, Lot Clearing List #85-15 (attached for the record) was considered as a whole. Marianne Lamas, Sanitation Inspector stated Item b on Lot Clearing List '85-15 was cloared late. Items a & 0 are still in violation of Chapter 95 and a copy of the notice posted and photos of the property were submitted as evidenoe. 'I',~ Disoussion ensued regarding Item b being oleared late and the recent adverse weather oonditions (Hurrioane Elena) possibly oontributing to its being oleared late. Based on the evidenoe presented with regard to the, properties on Lot Clearing List 185-15 Items a & 0, Al Smith moved the Board finds: There does exist exoessive weed and/or plant growth, debris and trash, that the properties are in violation of Chapter 95, Lot Clearing Title VIII re: Publio Health and Safety of the Code of Ordinanoes of the City of Clearwater and reoommends the owners be billed by the City Clerk for the cost of olearing and the administrative oharge.
