" < .. ~'". .. ~ ..... , ~" LOT CLEARING BOARD fJ July 23, 1985 Members present: Bob Brumbaok, Chairman Cyndie Goudeau, Vice-Chairman Aleta Cozart Members absent: Grace Loyd Al 8mi th Also present: Al Brandenburger, Sanitation Inspector Marianne Lamos, Sanitation Inspector Vicki Niemiller, Secretary for the Board Shirley Corum The meeting was called to order at 2:30 p.m. by the Chairman in the Commission Meeting Room in City Hall. As there were no requests for Public Hearing, Lot Clearing List 185-12 (attaohed for the reoord) was considered as a whole. I:) Marianne Lamos, Sanitation Inspector stated Item a was being oleared. Question was brought up if property was posted under current owner's name. Ms. Lamas reoommended oontinuing Item a until next Board meeting. Items b, 0 & d are still in violation of Chapter 95 and a oopy of the notice posted and photos of the property were submitted as evidenoe. Based on the evidenoe presented with regard to the properties on Lot Clearing List '85-12 Items b, 0 & d, Cyndie Goudeau moved the Board finds: There does exist exoessive weed and/or plant growth, debris and trash, that the properties are in violation of Chapter 95, Lot Clearing Title VIII re: Publio Health and Safety of the Code of Ordinanoes of the City of Clearwater and reoommends the owners'be billed by the City Clerk for the cost of olearing and the administrative charge. Motion duly seoonded and oarried unanimously. ' Cyndie G~udeau moved to continue Item a on Lot Clearing List 165-12 for oonsideration at the next Board meeting.
