Marianne Lamos, Sanitation Inspeotor Vioki Niemiller, Secretary for the Board o The meeting was called to order at 2:30 p.m. by the Chairman in the Commission Meeting Room in City Hall. As there were no requests for Public Hearing, Lot Clearing List OB5~9 (attached for the record) was considered , as a whole. Marianne Lamas, Sanitation Inspector stated Items a-Ion Lot Clearing List 185-9 are still in violation of Chapter 95 and a copy of the notice posted and photos of. the property were submitted as evidence. Discussion ensued regarding Item I, Longview Sub, No. ,60' of Lots 35 & 36 being unclear as to what needed to be done. Based on the evidence presented with regard to the properties on Lot Clearing List 185-9 Items a-k, Grace Loyd moved the Board finds: There does exist excessive weed and/or plant growth, debris and trash, that the properties are in violation of Chapter 95, Lot Clearing Title VIII re: Public Health and Safety of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater and recommends the owners be billed by the City Clerk for the cost of clearing and the administrative charge. Motion duly seconded and ca~ri~d unanimously. As Item 1 on Lot Clearing List 085-9 was unclear as to ~hat needed to be done, Grace Loyd moved it be reposted and continued. , Motion duly seconded and carried unanimously. ... ,)~ll ~ 1.
