As there were no requests for Public Hearing, Lot Clearing List #85-4 (attached for the record) was considered . , as a whole. .:=) Al Brandenburger, Sanitation Inspector stated Item a on Lot 'Clearing List 185-4 is still in violation of Chapter 95 and a copy of the notice posted and photos of the property were submitted as evidence. . Based on the evidence presented with regard to the properties on Lot Clearing List #85-4 Item a, Cyndie Goudeau moved that the Board Finds: There does exist excessive weed and/or plant growth, debris and trash, that the property is in violation of Chapter 95, Lot Clearing of Title VIII Re: Public Health and Safety of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater and recommends the owner be billed by the City Clerk for the. oost of olearing and the administrative charge. Motion duly seconded and carried ~nanimously. Minutes Cyndie Goudeau moved to approve the minutes of the Maroh 12, 1985 meeting. Motion wa~ duly seconded and carried unanimously.
