As there were no requests for Public Hearing, Lot Clearing Lis~ #85-3 (attached for the record) was considered as a whole. Marianne Lames, Sanitation Inspector stated all Items a-c on Lot Clearing List #85-3 are still in violation of Chapter 95 and copies of the notices posted and photos of each property were submitted as evidence. Based on the evidence presented vlith regard to the properties on Lot Clearing List #85-3 Items a-c, Cyndie Goudeau moved that the Board Finds: There does exist excessive'weed and/or plant growth, debris and trash, that the properties are in violation of Chapter 95, Lot Clearing of title VIII Re: Public Health and Safety of the Code of Ordinances of the Cit.Y of Clearwater and recommends the owners be billed by the City Clerk for the cost of clearing and t~e administrative charge. Motion duly seconded and carried unanimously. " 'Minutes Grace Loyd moved to approve the minutes of the January 22, 1985 meeting. Motion was duly seconded and carried unanim~usly.
