" Marianne Lamas, Sanitation Inspector stated all Items a-e on Lqt Clearing List 085-2 are still in violation of Chapter 95 and copies of 'the notices posted and photos of each property were submitted as evidence. Based on the evidence presented with regard to the properties on Lot Clearing List 085-2 Items a-e, Grace Loyd moved that the Board Finds: There does exist excessive weed and/or plant growth, debris and trash, that the properties are in violation of Chapter 95, Lot Clearing of Title VIII Re: Public Health and Safety of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater and recommends the owners be billed by the City Clerk for the cost of Clearing and the administrative charge.
