LOT CLEARING BOARD November 27, 1984 Members present: , Bob Brumbaok, Chairman Cyndie Goudeau, Vice-Chairman Grace Loyd Members absent: " Aleta Cozart Ozell George Also present:, Marianne Lamos, Sanitation Inspector Vicki Niemiller, S~cretary for the Board 'The meeting was called to order at 2:30 p.m. by the Chairman in the Commission Chambers in City Hall. As ,there were no requests for PUblic Hearing, Lot Clearing List #84-4 (attached for the record) was considered as a whole. Marianne Lamos, Sanitation Inspector stated Items b & d had been cleared after the 15 day period and are subject to the $75.00 administrative fee. Lots a, c and e remain to be cleared, are in violation of 'Chapter 95 and copies of the notices posted and photos of each property were submitted as evidence. Grace Loyd moved to assess the $75.00 administrative fee for properties identified as Items b & d on Lot Clearing List #84-4. Motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously. Based on the evidence presented with regard to the properties on Lot Clearing List 084-4 Items a, c and e, Grace Loyd moved that the Board finds: There does exist excessive weed and/or plant growth, debris and trash, that the properties are in violation of Chapter 95, Lot Clearing of Title VIII Re: Public Health and Safety of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater and recommends the owners be, billed bYnthe City Clerk for the cost of clearing and the administrative charge.
